Last updated: October 26, 2023

Purpose

Alpha Deal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. This Whistleblower Policy is designed to encourage and enable employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, illegal activity, or violations of our policies in good faith, without fear of retaliation.

Scope

This policy applies to all Alpha Deal employees, officers, directors, contractors, vendors, and any other individuals working on behalf of the company. Reportable concerns include but are not limited to:

  • Fraud, theft, or financial misconduct
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations
  • Bribery or corruption
  • Discrimination, harassment, or hostile work environment
  • Conflicts of interest not properly disclosed
  • Misuse or misappropriation of company assets
  • Data privacy or security breaches
  • Falsification of records or financial statements

How to Report

Concerns can be reported through the following channels:

Confidential Email

hi@alphadeal.ai

Please mark your subject line with "Whistleblower Report" to ensure proper handling.

Confidentiality

All reports will be treated with the strictest confidence to the extent possible. The identity of the reporter will be protected and will not be disclosed without consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to conduct a proper investigation.

Non-Retaliation

Alpha Deal strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith under this policy. Retaliation includes termination, demotion, suspension, harassment, discrimination, or any other adverse action. Any employee found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Good Faith Reporting

This policy is intended for good faith reports of suspected misconduct. Individuals who knowingly make false or malicious reports may be subject to disciplinary action. The good faith requirement does not mean a report must be proven correct — it means the reporter must genuinely believe the information provided is accurate at the time of reporting.

Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a report, Alpha Deal will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within five business days (if contact information is provided)
  2. Assess the concern and determine the appropriate course of action
  3. Conduct a thorough and impartial investigation
  4. Take corrective action where misconduct is confirmed
  5. Communicate outcomes to the reporter where appropriate and permitted
